8 Weeks

After we had taken two pregnancy tests and both confirmed a positive result, we decided it was time to hear it from the doctors. I scheduled an appointment, and based on the information I provided, they guessed that I was at 6 weeks and did not need to come in until 8 weeks. Those were the longest two weeks of my life! Between not feeling pregnant, not being able to talk about it with anyone except for Brian and wanting it to be real so badly, I could hardly wait for our appointment!

When we went in, the nurse confirmed for us right away that we were pregnant. They said that since multiple births ran in both of our families and because they could not tell exactly when I got pregnant that we got to do an ultrasound right away! We were so excited...it was really early to see the little baby, but we were going to be blessed enough to see it!
