Mt. Pilchuck

On Saturday, Mike, Katy, Brian & I went for a 6-mile hike up Mt. Pilchuck.  It was an absolutely gorgeous day and we were spoiled by the sunshine the whole time.  About half way up the mountain we ran in to snow still on the ground and enjoyed a "winter wonderland" in the spring sunshine.  It was a challenge getting up the hill, but completely worth it.

On the way down it was a bit slippery, so we decided the most effective and fun way to get down would be to "sled" on our butts.  It was a blast...and no ripped pants. :)
