One of the greatest joys of my life is being an aunt to 3 beautiful nieces and 1 stellar nephew. My oldest brother, Brad, has one little girl, Delaney Anne (4 years old) and my younger, older brother, Marc, has two little girls, Grace Elaine (6 years old), Audrey Claire (1 year old), and a son, Ezra Marc (3 years old). I love these kids and have a hard time going any length of time without seeing them. They help me to enjoy life on a whole new level and constantly amaze me by how smart they are, how fast they change, and by the incredibly funny things that come out of their mouths.
Now, I introduce you to the children that light my world:
Grace "Gracie" Tesch is 6 going on 20. She started to read at what seems like the age of 3 and is now reading chapter books and continously amazes me with her vocabulary and ability to understand and explain things. She is good at anything she tries and is a great shopping buddy.
Delaney "Laney" Tesch is her daddy's little girl and is absolutely going to be a heart breaker! Although we do not get to see her as much as the other kids, I always love hearing stories about her and talking to her on the phone. She says the funniest things I have ever heard a child come up with and is very smart and athletic. She has an incredible sense of humor and can even be wittier than her dad (if you can imagine that!).
Ezra "EZ" Tesch is our only little boy so far and is truly living up to the Tesch name. He is not shy about performing the songs he makes up on his toy guitar and gives the best hugs and kisses. He is an excellent big brother to his baby sister and nevers misses an opportunity to hang out with the boys. His favorite "big boy" things are motorcycles, football and recently, tattoos. If you look closely in this picture you will see that he has a fake tattoo on his arm - just like his Uncle Brad. Uh oh. :)
Audrey "Auggie" Tesch is the newest member of our family and the most hilarious baby. She definitely has a glimmer in her eye, and although she can not talk yet, you can tell that she is scheming up grand plans already. She is an extremely good, patient and content baby. Brian asks her to cry sometimes so that I won't want a baby so badly...he wants her to not make having a baby look so easy! We are cherishing her baby days because they will soon be over.
